Objective:
JOGA's work is all about timber, light and craft, so the website had to let the photography do the talking.
Lachlan wanted to keep the look of his existing Webflow site but stop paying a yearly platform fee for a portfolio that only changes when a new project wraps up.
He also needed to add and edit projects himself, from photos to descriptions, without touching code or waiting on a developer.
Results:
We rebuilt the site as a custom website hosted on Cloudflare, keeping the design Lachlan already loved while making every page faster.
Project photos were re-exported from the original high-resolution files, so the timber grain and natural light come through on large screens as well as phones.
We also built JOGA Studio, a private admin portal where Lachlan can publish a new project, reorder photos and update copy, with the live site rebuilding automatically. JOGA now owns a quicker, sharper website with no monthly platform fee.
